2. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking or requesting a service.
You agree to communicate respectfully and provide any information reasonably necessary for us to understand your request.
You must be legally permitted to purchase and participate in the service you select.
3. Consultations
A consultation is intended to provide spiritual guidance, discussion, assessment, education, or recommendations based on the information you provide.
A consultation does not guarantee that additional spiritual work will be recommended or accepted.
4. Custom Spiritual Work
Custom work is evaluated individually based on the circumstances presented by the client.
Certain services may require a consultation and/or deposit before work is accepted.
We reserve the right to decline a request for custom work.
5. Deposits and Payments
Some services require a deposit before the appointment or work is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.

6. No Refunds
All sales are final.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, Lakou Danto does not provide refunds for completed or booked consultations, readings, teachings, baths, cleansing sessions, ceremonies, custom work, deposits, or other services.

7. Appointments
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and providing accurate contact information.
Failure to attend an appointment may result in the payment or deposit being forfeited.
Where rescheduling is permitted, it is subject to availability and does not automatically create a refund.
8. Teachings & Mentorship
Educational services are provided for spiritual, cultural, and personal development.
Participation in teachings does not constitute initiation unless a separate formal initiation process has been expressly agreed upon.
Certain teachings may be limited based on tradition, lineage, level of training, or the practitioner’s discretion.
9. Initiation Services
Initiation consultations and preparation sessions do not guarantee acceptance into an initiation, spiritual house, lineage, or ceremony.
Formal initiation, where offered, is subject to its own requirements, preparation, agreements, and eligibility.

Return & Refund Policy

At Lakou Danto, all purchases and booked spiritual services are considered final sale. Due to the personal, customized, and time-sensitive nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a service or order has been paid for.
1. No Refunds
All payments made toward spiritual services, consultations, readings, teachings, baths, cleansing sessions, initiation-related services, and custom spiritual work are non-refundable.
Once payment has been received, time, preparation, materials, scheduling, and/or spiritual work may be committed to your request.
2. Deposits
Certain services require a deposit before work is scheduled or accepted.
Deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another person.
If a service requires additional payment after the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided when the service is accepted.
3. Custom Work
Custom spiritual work is created specifically for the individual situation presented by the client. Because of its personalized nature, payments for custom work are final and non-refundable once the work has been accepted or preparation has begun.
4. Consultations & Readings
Payments for phone consultations, readings, assessments, mentorship, teachings, and other scheduled sessions are final.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the agreed-upon appointment time.
5. Rescheduling
If rescheduling is permitted for a particular service, the request must be made before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not create a right to a refund.
Missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled session may result in the payment being forfeited.
6. Products
All physical and digital products are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged or there is an error with an order, contact us promptly with your order information and photographs of the issue so we can determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
7. Client Responsibility
